Delete Your CIQ Team Account

CIQ Team is a roster, chat, and calendar app for sports teams, available on iOS and Android.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account directly from inside the app:

Open CIQ Team and sign in.
Go to your Account screen (on Android, this is on every signed-in screen that shows Sign Out).
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, email cpcinc2025@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. Include the name of any team you were on so we can find your account faster.

What happens when you delete your account

When your account is deleted:

Your display name is removed from your profile.
You are removed from every team, section, and chat you were a member of.
You will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

What is retained: Messages you previously sent remain visible to other team members, attributed to your account ID rather than your name. Your account record is disabled rather than permanently erased, so your email address is retained on that disabled record. We do this to preserve the integrity of team conversations and rosters for the people who remain on a team after you leave.
